The Renaissance Zone Authority is responsible for the oversight and review of all the Renaissance Zone guidelines and making recommendations on requests for designation as a Renaissance Zone project. Residential and commercial projects may include new construction, renovations and leases. The Renaissance Zone Authority (RZA) is scheduled to meet the second Monday of each month at 2:00 PM at the City Offices unless stated otherwise. Meetings may be cancelled if there is no business to conduct. Agendas will be posted to this area. Archived meeting agendas and minutes are available at City Offices.
The December meeting of the RZA has been cancelled due to no business to conduct. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Devils Lake City Offices.
