City of Devils Lake
City Project 220101 – Mill & Overlay
Construction crews will be completing asphalt work south of Walnut St E between 8th Ave SE and 18th Ave SE along with Remmington St NE and two Downtown Parking Lots (Old Journal & Town Hall). Strata Corporation will be completing the work and are expecting the work to be completed with short, minimal disruptions to traffic. Project schedule will be updated as it becomes available.
City Project 220201 – Water Main Replacement
Construction crews will be completing the replacement of an existing cast iron water main with new poly pipe along 10th St NW, 11th St NW, 12th St NW & 13th St NW between College Dr. N and 4th Ave NW. Kemper Construction will be completing the work and will be providing temporary water services to affected residents during the water main replacement. Affected residents will be notified as the project progresses. Work is expected to begin mid-summer and may be completed early next summer. Project schedule will be updated as it becomes available.
City Project 220301 – Water Main Replacement
Construction crews will be completing the installation of storm sewer along 13th Ave SE and between 15th St SE and 16th St SE to help improve drainage in the Stromquist area. The project is currently scheduled to be bid on July 5th, 2022. Work will take place in the public right of way and City utility easements, which will cause minimal disruptions to traffic or adjacent properties. The project schedule will be updated as it becomes available.
North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT)
State Project 22907 – Mill & Overlay, Microsurfacing, ADA Ramps
Constructions crews will be completing a mill & overlay along College Dr. N from 6th St NE to 20th St NE, as well as the ADA ramps adjacent to this stretch. Crews will also be completing micro surfacing along College Dr. S from Hwy 2 to 3rd St NW and Hwy 19 from Hwy 2 to 2nd Ave NW, as well as the ADA ramps adjacent to this stretch.
